The Family

We are a family owned and run company.  Although all the family is involved, Charlotte Covington and Tom McGee are responsible for all aspects of the event:  from initial meetings to final clean up.


The Daughter

Charlotte Covington will create your menus:  listening to your needs, budget, favorites, or dietary restrictions.  She utilizes her hospitality and culinary arts degrees from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas to fulfill your vision for your special event.  Although you can still find her in the kitchen creating appetizers, sauces, or desserts, she specializes in planning and implementing the event.  Her eye for detail will make sure that the catering is seamless with the rest of vendors.  


The Father

Tom McGee can be found in the kitchen creating everything from scratch and emphasizing flavor.  A lifetime lover of all food (besides beets), he is a wealth of knowledge of different cuisines and flavors.  His speciality handcrafted sausages, bread pudding, and grilled meats is a favorite to many of our clients. Tom utilizes his own knowledge of raising animals and gardening to ensure the freshness and flavor of everything coming from McGees Catering's kitchen.
